We are taking a limited number of large tent reservations (30×60 and up to 40×100) at this time. We are regularly booking 20’ wide tents (20x20, 20x30 and 20x40).

  • 20x20:

    • Accommodates up to 32 guests at 4 round tables. (Note that 4 round tables fully occupies the floor space of this tent.)

  • 20x30:

    • Comfortably accommodates up to 48 guests at 6 round tables. (Note that 6 round tables fully occupies the floor space of this tent.)

  • 20x40:

    • Comfortably accommodates up to 64 guests at 8 round tables. (Note that 8 round tables fully occupies the floor space of this tent.)

  • up to 40×100:

    • Upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

GETTING READY FOR A TENT DELIVERY AND SETUP

  • Obtain any required local permits and schedule any required inspections. Permits and inspections are different for each town or municipality.

  • Ensure no buried utilities are in the tent installation area, including a 7’ parameter around your tent. Make a free appointment with Dig Safe (dial 811) several weeks before your event.

  • Make sure the area is free of all debris, obstacles, and obstructions.

WHO WILL SET UP AND TEAR DOWN?

  • TENT: We will set up your tent as part of your rental. 

  • TABLES, CHAIRS, ETC: We offer set up and tear down services for a nominal charge. Setup and tear down must be pre-arranged and a diagram must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance of setup date.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. We need to know about any discrepancies by 3:00pm on Friday.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

  • Initially, we will schedule delivery within a 2-day window. As the event approaches, or as your specific needs become clear, we will more accurately identify a specific day and 2 hour window.

  • Delivery fee considerations include location, site considerations and delivery timing.

  • We normally deliver Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. During busy seasons, we may extend these hours. We prefer to deliver a day or more in advance of your event.

  • Exceptions include weather conditions, volume of deliveries, job complexity and availability of site.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE READY FOR PICK UP?

  • Rinse and ensure all glass, china and silverware are rinsed and returned to the appropriate containers. If you are unable to rinse, please advise in advance.

  • Have all chairs and tables stacked in one location (unless you have made arrangements with us for table and chair take down).

  • Remove all personal items from under and around the tent.

  • We normally prefer to pick up within two days after your event. Weather and other circumstances occasionally cause a delay in pickup.
